Great space for the perfect minimalist! Has a new full sized bed and air bed if needed. Recommend only 1 person, but 2 is fine! Private entrance into your side of home. Friendly, Christian, owner on the other side. There’s a laundry mat 1 min down the road, ol’ country store who makes delicious sandwiches w/homemade bread and many grocery options. This tiny cottage is nestled behind an old farm house on a 100 acre working farm just 25 mins south of Downtown Dallas. The 200 square foot space features a detached / shared bathroom connected by the front porch with beautiful stock tank soaker tub. Inside there is a bunk-room complete with full and twin size beds, a cozy loft with a queen mattress, and quaint living room with futon, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge. If you need a place to escape the hustle and bustle this is it!
