The Southworth ferry terminal is just over a mile away providing direct access to both Seattle and Vashon Island. Harper is the perfect base camp for exploring the beautiful Kitsap and Olympic Peninsulas.

A relaxing ferry trip from West Seattle or Fast Ferry from downtown Seattle brings you to your own private walk in cottage, right on the edge of the water. Watch the ferries go by and relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Olympic mountains, kayaking, BBQing, a forest hiking trail with sea and mount Rainier views, beach walks, and downtown Vashon (less than 10 mins away!). Please note: The parking lot is a few minutes walk from the cottage.

The Salish Sea waterfront two bedroom cottage is sure to meet your expectations for a romantic getaway, small family trip, or solo work retreat! Just minutes from Downtown Port Orchard sits this adorable, stylish cottage perched over the Sinclair Inlet with breathtaking views to watch wildlife, Seattle ferries, and city views! Weather you stay local and explore downtown Port Orchard or catch the ferry to Seattle just 15 minutes from the house - You will surely find plenty to do in the area!

Westside Cabin

Our place is just a few miles from the Fauntleroy/Vashon ferry terminal, and minutes from the town of Vashon. Tucked snuggly on the West side of the island, the cabin looks west over Colvos Passage. The cabin itself is essentially a spacious studio-- one large room with a loft, a small kitchen, and bathroom. A queen size bed is in the loft, and the couch comfortably sleeps one person. The bathroom has a large clawfoot soaking tub, and there is an outdoor shower. It is extremely cozy!

Your adventure begins... in a new, modern and fresh space with tons of natural light and privacy. Imagine waking to the sounds of farm animals, sipping morning coffee on your covered porch as sunlight breaks through the big leaf maples, wandering miles of forested trails, biking island roads, kayaking, paddle boarding or combing sandy beaches of Puget Sound while searching for sea treasures. When nighttime falls, share stories around a bonfire and count stars as they fall from the sky.

Seaside Modern Apartment

The Seaside Modern Apartment delivers true comfort in a spectacular waterfront setting. Occupying one story of a midcentury modern home, the 900 sq ft apartment provides outstanding views of the Sound, Olympic Mountains, magnificent sunsets, and sea life. Accommodations include a living/dining area, spacious master bedroom, sea view terrace with covered patio, KITCHENETTE (NOT A FULL KITCHEN), plus an additional guest room and access to the waterfront bulkhead area (NO BEACH ACCESS).

The Creamery

Nestled between the barn and the milking parlor is The Creamery; a relaxing spot to spend a few days far from the rigors of the city. Here we made Dinah's Cheese for years, and now you can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your plush bed, warmed by the thick down comforter. The French Limousin cows may come up to your bedroom window, curious as to who is sharing the pastures this morning. The quiet will be startling, with little noise but coffee brewing in the kitchen.

Vashon View Cottage

Bright cozy studio cottage on the north end of Vashon. Puget Sound, Mount Baker and nature views. Newly renovated throughout with large deck to enjoy the outdoor fire pit and water views. Quiet neighborhood within 10-15min walking distance to and from the ferry (note there is an incline as we are on the hill above). Deer, hawks, eagles and more surround the property. Come enjoy a local jewel and experience small island living, just a 20 minute ferry ride away from Seattle!

Lake House Retreat Kid & Dog Friendly

Updates: new grill and new solid doors for added privacy and sound proofing. This is a place where stress melts away the moment you step inside. Wake up to misty lake views, sip coffee on the deck as eagles soar, and soak in the hot tub under the stars. Spend your days kayaking, roasting marshmallows by the fire, or just unwinding in the cozy living space. I love sharing this space and can’t wait for you to experience it.
