We have WIFI, 2 Smart TV's among everything else you could need. Katy depot is .08 miles for Katy trail riders. Whether you are here for the State Fair, passing thru on the trail or the highway come stay and rest at our place. We are conveniently located 0.5 miles from the east entrance to the fair as well as 0.5 miles from the Katy trail. We have a cozy two bedroom unit that can fit 4 adults and a kid on the couch. Hungry? We are located one block away from Sonic, Subway, two Mexican and a Chinese restaurant. McDonald’s, Burger-King, TacoBell, Dominoes and Pizza Hut are less than a mile away.

Great for girl's weekend to visit family and enjoy the local shops. *Farm Girl Flowers & More* is our favorite place to shop local. Hunters heading to Grand Pass Conservation area have plenty of room to park the truck and boat. Saline County Fair Grounds are a 4 min. drive. MO Valley College Families are welcome, perfect place to stay during games.

The Shouse

The Shouse is a rustic living quarters built directly under the same roof as our horse stable. Bring your horses along and they can stay here too. The home has recently been fully renovated from an Amish tack shop. It is located in the heart of an Amish community. Spend your evenings relaxing on the front porch and watch the horse and buggies go by. Ask about booking your own buggy ride while you stay to get the most out of your visit!

Haven House New Comfortable and Clean Retreat

The Haven House is great for small families, smaller wedding parties, a visit to the state fair, or couples just looking to getaway for the weekend. Also, you will be conveniently close to many popular places. Courthouse Lofts - front loft

Front loft has 1 bedroom, full kitchen, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, living room with full sized murphy bed, large dining table, breakfast bar and a magnificent view of the Marshall Courthouse. This 1882 building has seen a complete renovation. The loft is on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs. The lofts are above one of Marshall's oldest retail spaces that now houses Courthouse Salon.
