Little House on the Hill - Gorge Getaway Home Base

This little house started life as a woodworking shop. When we outgrew it, we made it into a guest house. It may be imperfect, but it's perfectly adorable. We have a peek of Mt. Hood from the yard and lovely territorial views. At night, you can enjoy the beauty of a Milky Way sky far from city light pollution. Come. Enjoy. Relax. Welcome to our family home since 2001. We are located in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge, 4 blocks from downtown White Salmon, and a 5 minute drive from Hood River. You will have use of our entire main level, with 3 bedrooms, a brightly lit bathroom, large kitchen, formal dining, comfortable living room, deck with BBQ and a private setting with mature landscaping that provides incredible shade all afternoon. The Overlook House with amazing view!

We chose to share our guest house primarily because the idea of sharing our stunning view appeals to us very much. We are so fortunate to have a view so special that we wanted to build a guest house for our friends and you! We designed our 600 square foot modern guest house with the intent of creating a very private honeymoon suite. Stunning views of the Gorge and Mt. Hood from your doorstep. Lots of natural light and windows that open in both downstairs and loft areas including skylights. Full kitchen w/ full size appliances, plenty of work space which doubles as eating space. Full bathroom. Full internet and Wifi access. Outdoors -chairs/dining; gas fire pit (Oct.-June). Home within 10 minutes to burgeoning small towns of White Salmon and Hood River. Lots of walking/hiking bike trails and water sports galore.

Romantic upscale cabin in the woods

Our cozy 1 bedroom (queen bed) cabin is the perfect place for a romantic getaway or a relaxing escape. Located on 26 acres where deer and turkey roam. Just a few minutes away from I-84 and Hood River. Please be aware that a 4WD vehicle may be required for accessing the property during the snowy season of December, January and February. Feel free to check with me, and I will give you current driving conditions! This is a very low snow year thus far, so no bad driving to report yet!

Bingen House 4 - Gorgeous Gorge Views - Stocked

Take in stunning views of the Columbia River Gorge from both levels in our modern, cozy Bingen House, at the center of all the outdoor activities the Northwest has to offer. We are a stone's throw from Society Hotel and Spa and a quick trip to White Salmon, Hood River, wineries, windsurfing, kiting, kayaking, mountain biking, fishing, hiking, skiing , Mt Hood, SUP, the list goes on. We do allow one dog but please notify us first. Pet fee is $35 extra per night per pet.

A small, cozy cabin perched above the White Salmon River, just minutes from town. Enjoy the expansive 180 degree views from your private little forest oasis or take advantage of the central location to explore all The Gorge has to offer. We've recently renovated this private retreat to keep our visiting friends and family comfortable. Cabin 43 on the White Salmon River

Cabin 43 is a new home we built ourselves located right on the wild and scenic White Salmon river. We finished this project (June, 2020) and are excited to share this beautiful place with guests. It features a King bed in 1 room and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom which can be pushed together to make a 2nd king bed. We live in a cluster of 8 other cabins down gravel road in a very serene forest setting with a large field out front and private river side walking trails.
