Our 2021 constructed craftsmen cottage is nestled in the woods but very close to Palmer. This is a quiet 8 acre parcel but only 5 minutes from breweries, shops and restaurants in downtown Palmer. Close to Hatcher Pass, Independence Mine, Glaciers, Hiking, Musk Ox and Reindeer farms. The owner's house is also on the property and they are available to you throughout your stay. The owners have lived in Alaska for over 40 years and are committed to helping you with all there is to experience!

Sway gently in the trees and relax in your unique 12 X 24' (288 sq ft) studio treehouse with what one recent guest stated as "a stunning view of the Chugach Mountains!" The Treehouse offers Alaska glamping at its finest for quiet and relaxation. You may sit around your own covered fire pit (wind and burn restrictions permitting) as well as enjoy your own wood burning stove. No cleaning fee! Note: Guests must be able to climb a short, steep incline, then 20 steps of varying heights.

A small cabin built like a studio apartment. Very roomy and homey — quaint, quiet and simple. There’s a garden with fresh greens and herbs for your enjoyment and world class hiking and skiing within 10 minutes. Palmer and Wasilla are 15 minutes away. There’s a large parking area and shed with fun outdoor gear to use, as well as a wood burning cedar sauna. Though we ask that you request/message before using it. Want pets? Settlers Mountain View Retreat

This private entrance unit is the entire lower level of our home. We live upstairs. One bedroom has a twin bunk bed and queen bed. The second bedroom has a king bed. The space includes a bathroom with jacuzzi tub, a mini kitchen with microwave, small refrigerator, coffee and tea. and a large living room with a cozy gas fireplace, reclining sofas and a tv for streaming and dvds only. A fire pit and outside grill are available.
