Downstairs- the Liv/Kitchenette space has TV & sofa sleeper. *Note- One cottage bathroom is located on first floor. We are off HWY 59 and 1 mi. from I-20 ( near all local restaurants) Caddo Lake St Park-30 min drive, Historic Jefferson & Enochs Stomp Winery both 20 mi.

Our tiny home is nestled in the Goose Prairie area, located between 2 boat launches (Crip's Camp & Johnson's Ranch). We have the unique ability to provide MULTIPLE bed configurations to meet guest(s) needs -1 King , 2 twins or 1 twin. There are 2 COMPLEMENTARY kayaks for guest(s) use. Life jackets are required, & use of all equipment is at your own risk. Pets welcome, however we have a 1 pet &20lb size limit.

The updated interior of the house has maintained its rustic charm; provides a complete kitchen, private bedroom & queen sleeper sofa in living room. Welcome to Chez Lafayette Guest Cottage located in the beautiful historic district of Jefferson, TX! We are just a few minutes stroll to all of the quaint shops and restaurants in downtown Jefferson. If you prefer, you can keep your car parked and walk anywhere in the historic district! You will have the entire cottage to yourself with a queen sized bed, private bath, stocked coffee bar with Keurig coffee pot, small table for two, and a cozy sitting area with two oversized chairs and ottoman.

Private country atmosphere in city located on 7 acres. Lots of large pine and oak trees, birds, and catch and release from onsite pond. Plenty of room for horse or boat trailers to park. 5 to 10 minutes from restaurants and stores if your not in mood to cook. Daily pet fee $10.00 per day per pet due check in 2pets. 30 lb. limit unless you talk with us first. NO CATS. You will need to provide animal crate if pet is left alone in cabin. After 10PM inquires will be answered the next morning

Nutty’s Camp Jefferson - Glamping Downtown

Your nightly stay includes the entire 2,500 square-foot loft, complete with 3 bell tents, sleeping up to 6 guests. The Caddo Caboose was used at the Longhorn Ammunition Plant in Karnack, Texas. When the Army shut the plant down thirty or so years ago, the Caddo Caboose was created with the car being made it into a unique weekend getaway. The Caboose is fully furnished 1 bedroom lodge with living, dining & bathroom areas as well as WiFi, Cable & DVD amenities. All you have to bring is the food you want to cook & your toiletries. A charcoal grill is provided on a private deck overlooking the water.

Cedar Treehouse on Cross Lake

Located on a 2 acre peninsula on Pine Island, this 450 sf treehouse is surrounded by 1400 feet of Cross Lake. Beautiful open water and cypress tree views epitomize Louisiana lake living. The treehouse has an open concept living area with a queen bed, claw foot tub and equipped kitchenette, with countertop oven/toaster, microwave, coffee pot, electric skillet, refrigerator and sink. It accommodates two adults, no children or pets. Two night minimum stay, no exceptions.
