Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

With the train station around the corner, it is the perfect place (in the middle of the country) to make your city trips to Amsterdam, Rotterdam or the beach.

Alles wat je nodig hebt om samen lekker tot rust te komen en het natuurgebied van de Weerribben-Wieden te ontdekken. Giethoorn is slechts 20 minuten rijden. Het (gedeelde) zwembad is 's zomers beschikbaar. De jacuzzi is los bij te boeken voor €30 per 2 uur. Daarnaast verhuren we fietsen en een vintage tandem.

Hier heeft u de beschikking over een kookplaat en combi-oven. De reservering is zonder ontbijt.

Ons knusse ‘LOFT’ is een vrijstaand, gezellig en compleet ingericht vakantiehuis van 44m2 op de Veluwe. Door het hoge plafond en de vele ramen is het licht en ruim met uitzicht over de weilanden/akkers. Er is een veranda en een lounge-plek. Deze plek is uitermate geschikt voor rustzoekers en natuurliefhebbers.

Welcome! Our attractive house from 1899 is completely self-sufficient and fully equipped. Kitchen-diner, cozy living room, separate bedroom and bathroom with jacuzzi. It is located in a nice area, centrally in Utrecht, with a garden on the water and within a 10-minute walk you are in the center of Utrecht! You can rent a parking permit for the entire area from us on site for €7.50 per day. (That is 5 to 10 times cheaper than usual in Utrecht!)

In the village of Nunspeet you will find all the nice shops, supermarkets and restaurants you need at walking distance from the holiday home.
