Our Cosy Cow Shed is a secluded countryside retreat set in the beautiful Blackdown Hills AONB, just a short drive from the Jurassic Coast (30 min drive) with its family friendly beaches, fossil hunting and dramatic coastline. Surrounded by open skies, wildlife, and far reaching rural views, this is a peaceful escape from everyday life, perfect for families, walkers and anyone wanting to slow down and reconnect with nature (sorry not a party house). It offers privacy and calm in a rural setting.

Coast, countryside and towns at your fingertips

Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks

Stay in “Arnie”, a lovingly converted army truck turned unique tiny home retreat in the heart of Somerset. Perfect for couples looking for something a little different, the truck features a comfy king-size bed, fully equipped kitchenette, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a private shower room. The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.
