Clean, Private guest studio with kitchenette stocked with water & arrival snacks, tea & coffee. Studio has queen bed and 2 floor mattress. TV can be used to watch Netflix. Very close to down town, Willamette University, fair grounds & State buildings which is only one mile away. Parking in driveway closest to my back door neighbor is provided. Small side yard. Sorry, we are no longer accepting cats.

I live on the lower level with a private entrance, but you'll hardly notice me or my dog downstairs.

You will be nestled in the vines and be able to stroll our vineyard. Note that Zenith Vineyard is a working vineyard so there may be tractors moving nearby.
