Our condo is located in SW Kirksville, on a quiet cul-de-sac in residential neighborhood. We’ve got 3 queen beds, two baths, up & downstairs living spaces, on site laundry, off street parking, lovely outdoor space with private fenced back yard, seating, BBQ grill/available seasonally. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. This is a guest house on our little farm in the country. Our house is right next door but we will give you all the privacy you want. Your stay will include homemade baked goods made by our family, Cold breakfast foods such as cereal and fruit will be available. There is a beautiful pine grove with a picnic area and a fire pit for your use. There is also a massage chair by the electric fireplace where you can relax those aching muscles.

The Little House

This has been a second home for when grandparents visit and we hope it is for you too. Welcoming for families or anyone who is looking for clean, comfortable, and convenient! Guests have the entire house to themselves with a full kitchen, bathroom, three bedrooms, and living room. Includes linens, towels, on-street parking, wifi, and washer/dryer. At the Little House you will be the only ones entering the house and our self check-in makes this a contact-free stay.
