Rustig gelegen (nieuw) appartement in het centrum van Lier. Op wandelafstand van het historisch stadscentrum, de stadsvesten en de winkelstraten. Openbaar vervoer en supermarkten vlakbij. Ruime, gezellige woon- en eetruimte met goed uitgeruste keuken en groot (zuid-west georiënteerd) terras. Gratis wifi, flatscreen-TV, CD- en DVD-speler. Slaapkamer 1: queensize bed Slaapkamer 2: 2 eenpersoonsbedden Badkamer met ligbad en aparte (regen)douche, uitgerust met gratis toiletartikelen en een föhn.

The studio is located in a quiet neighbourhood about 4 kilometers away from the city centre of Ghent. Check-in Monday - Friday: 18:00h check-out: 12:00h Check-in Saturday - Sunday: 14:00h check-out: 11:00h Day of check-in you can use the option to dropp luggage, parking space and bikes before 18:00h. Option available from 12:00h! We are both working as teachers fulltime during the week. We prepare and clean the rooms after the working hours. That's why our check-in starts in the evening.

Cozy accomodation studio near Ribaucourt Station

The Studio is at the top 4th floor (the attic) and has a separate and independent entrance (no elevator and nor air-conditioned). We are 25 min walking distance to the city center (15min by metro). The Studio is just 1 minute from the metro station Ribaucourt, so you can get easily straight into central Brussels. There is a small equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet inside the studio. This is not a hotel but a private house with a separate Studio for Airbnb. We live in the same building.
