The owner lives on the bottom two floors of the house, so is always close-by to assist and help out with tips and recommendations. It also means no-party policy is strictly observed. Wonderfully all luxury built studio-apartment situated in an Amsterdam monument dated from 1540, that was rebuilt in 1675. The studio is located at a very quiet alley on “Blaeu Erf", nearby Dam Square, in the oldest part of Amsterdam City Centre. This modern furnished studio room has a nice area to sit, a sleeping area and a kitchenette (no stove). All with original 17e century beams. Located on the third floor, this apartment has a real cosy atmosphere to unwind after a day exploring.

Gorgeous houseboat moored on historic canal. The B&B is 60 m2, with ample living space, an open kitchen, a bedroom and bathroom. Outside is a large deck. Perfect for a couple, not for guests who have trouble with steep stairs The boat is called “Musard” and was built in 1922 in Rouen, France. We live in the rear end of the boat and our guests stay in the front. Older reviews are of the same location, but we used to rent out the total boat! Now the space fits 2 guests, not more.

No trams and busses since it is a pedestrian area. The Bijenkorf department store the Dam Square with the Palace are just around the corner as well as the Metro and other public transportation. But if you walk around the area you are in the middle of the historical centre.
