The Studio is a 10 minute bus ride from the city centre but in a quiet leafy area and is only a five minute walk from Wollaton Park. Private off road parking is provided for guests right next to the studio entrance.

A spacious, beautifully refurbished, three-bedroom house just a ten-minute walk from the University of Nottingham, Nottingham Tennis Centre and the QMC. The ground floor features a bright and spacious reception and dining area as well as a new fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and integrated appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, hob and oven).
