About the space: Welcome to our Cozy Cottage in Panguitch, Utah! It is located one block from historic Main Street, very close to restaurants, a grocery store, and shopping. We are a great central location to visit the National Parks; 30 minutes to Bryce Canyon, and 50 minutes to Zion. We provide everything you need to feel right at home, including a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, hotel quality sheets, and memory foam mattresses. Come escape to our Cozy Cottage!

Prancing Pony studio basement apartment LOTR

This King suite is on the same property as the Hobbit Cottage. As LOTR fans we wanted to offer a second option. King size studio with laundry & full kitchen. No animals allowed bc allergies. No smoking or parties. Has a private entrance down a flight of outdoor stairs, has a small private yard with grass and trees. Located in between Zion National Park, Cedar Breaks, Brian Head, Kanarra Falls, Kolob. Home of Shakespeare Festival and Utah Summer Games. 1 mile to downtown.

La Casita on Main

La Casita was originally built as a barber shop in Monroe many years ago. As you will see in the pictures the original light used by the barber over the bed. Located in close proximity to our local hot pots, ATV trails, hiking, fishing, and Utah’s National and State Parks. The home is a nice comfy place to lay your head at night and explore the world during the day. Small private backyard to view the stars at night and the quiet peaceful feel of rural Utah.

Little Red Barn at Wildland Gardens

This unique comfy space is located on our 10-acre boutique farm/nursery in a beautiful landscape and Dark Night Skies. It is a cozy camp in any season with 1 queen and 2 twin beds in the loft and accessed by a ladder. Includes supplemental heat/AC, fire pit, picnic table and a shared shower and restroom/space. Hot Springs, hiking, biking, horseback riding, ATV trails, State and National Parks are nearby. Pets are welcome when included in your reservation.

Welcome to Primrose the Airstream. Come adventure in this gently remodeled 1969 classic. Conveniently located right on I-15, close to the I-70 interchange. Placed in a beautiful desert setting in our brand new Tiny House resort. There is a lot of character in this one. She’s seen a lot in her day and is a bit rough around the edges. But we think she’s magical in all her aged glory. Come be a part of her adventure.
