A little piece of magic in heart of Provence nestled in the foothills above the Côtes D'Azur. Located only a 45min drive from the coast in the picturesque village of Bargemon the light and airy apartment offers magnificent views across the hills, huge abundant garden, large pool and tennis court. The apartment itself has two private balconies, a large outdoor terrace, gas BBQ and fire place. The large bedroom has such exceptional views it was used in a French car advert in the nineties!

The house is located directly on the lake, separated only by a quiet street. Enjoy the fantastic view of the lake from two terraces on two floors. Behind the house, a garden oasis awaits you as a retreat after a day at the lake or the numerous activities in the area. Relax in the pool, on the sun lounger, or be active thanks to the counter-current system in the pool. Or dream in the hammock between the trees with a view of the lake. A petanque court also invites you to play.

Appartement de 115 m2, composé d’une cuisine toute équipée ouverte sur un grand salon, salle à manger, donnant sur une grande terrasse ombragée de 45m2. Une suite parentale avec salle de bain privative et wc et une seconde chambre pouvant accueillir 4 pers avec une salle de douche et wc. Sur la propriété de 7500m2 se trouve notre résidence principale et deux autres gîtes ainsi q’ une piscine à partager avec 3 terrasses qui permettent à chacun de trouver sa tranquillité.
