A charming self contained, 2 bedroom country cottage. Beekeepers is part of a converted Victorian byre set on a 14th century farm beside a sleepy lane with fabulous walks on the doorstep. It is perfect for exploring 1066 country and with Hastings, Battle and Rye just a few miles away there is much to do and see! Dogs are very welcome. Small orchard with picnic table and bbq. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. Bexhill old town is steeped in smuggling history and central to the Bexhill and Hastings smuggling gangs. Our house was also used during the Napoleonic war to house officers, their soldiers being billeted nearby. Situated opposite St Peter’s church, mentioned in the Doomsday book ! our cottage provides a beamed, cosy stay for all history lovers. It’s modern amenities allow you to enjoy our lovely seaside town, beautiful beaches and De La Warr pavilion which hosts gigs throughout the year

A self contained apartment within our Victorian home. We live in the house but the apartment is private. The apartment is situated at the TOP of the house on the fourth floor. Accommodation includes a separate bedroom with king size bed, separate compact bathroom, kitchen/diner/living room. The property is accessed through the main front door, there is no separate entrance for the apartment but you will have complete privacy during your stay. All the doors have locks.

All the pubs and resturants locally to us allow dogs . No stag or hendos - sorry! we can sleep 4 x adults but also 2 x children on pull out beds
