This restored Dairy Barn with its original beams was converted into a wonderful residence in the early 1990’s. Cozy, tranquil, and spacious (4,000 square feet) would be a few words to best describe this home with its scenic walk out balcony overlooking a pond. The home owner currently resides in a private apartment in the lower level.

Relax at the Cozy Retreat Cottage while enjoying the lake views. This cottage has 3 bedroom and 2 full baths and located directly on Jordan Lake. The dock is available for your boat whether it is a pontoon or a speed boat. We have 3 kayaks and 2 paddleboards for your use. No more than 6 people on the property at the same time and we do not allow parties, events or fireworks as we are in a residential neighborhood. The beautiful views will not disappoint.

Our Tiny house is a place to retreat from the hussle and bustle of your busy life. It's a place to relax, read, reflect, rest and reset. It is also a place where you can enjoy nature, walk the trails, enjoy a fire in the fire ring, have a cookout, and enjoy all that the woods has to offer. We live in the main house. The TinyHouse is on the back of our detached garage. It is a cozy and comfortable space where you will enjoy complete privacy.
