The private road where the house is situated gives you the peace of the countryside yet it's near the local town. The house is just 10minutes from Killarney town and 25minutes from Kerry airport. It is surrounded by beautiful scenery. You can enjoy a BBQ in our outdoor space or sit in our conservatory with a glass of wine or some breakfast tea in tranquility. Nestled in a mountain side, the cottage is surrounded by waterfalls and stunning countryside with rolling hills to the east and mountains to the West. you can hike straight from the door up into the mountains (no busy roads) or you can just sit back and enjoy the beautiful views and relax. It's also an Ideal base for the Ring of Kerry and the Beara peninsula. There's a 7kw EV Charging point and payment is per KWh used. Please note the property is unsuitable for babies, infants or children.

Cyclists will also be in their element with The Healy Pass a few kilometres away. Kenmare is half an hour away with wonderful shops and restaurants.
