The Guest House @ Cherry Tree Farm

Welcome to Cherry Tree Farm, Cromwell. Stay in our beautiful self contained guest house set within the gardens of our urban farm and cherry orchard. The Guest House comprises an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The living area has a sofa and a daybed. A separate bedroom offers a Queen bed and there is a bathroom with shower. The living area can also be converted to accomodate either 2 single beds or a king double. This makes The Guest House a perfect space for up to 4 people.

The Apartment

Our renovated room is located at the back of our section over the garage, with separate external access via staircase. We are perfectly located for you to enjoy all Cromwell has to offer. Only a 10 min walk to the town centre and lake, even closer to the golf course and of course a great spot for you to stay if you are heading off on the central otago bike trail. The room has a kitchenette with complimentary tea and coffee and everything you need for a relaxing few nights away from home.

The property is a 3 minute drive away from the central town of Cromwell and Bannockburn and 40 minutes away from Queenstown. Enjoy direct access to the Kawarau River, Dunstan walking/cycling track and Highlands Motorsport Park. Suitable for a single person, couple or 2 friends/family that don't mind sharing a queen bed. Very peaceful location and close to the new bike/walking tracks, lake, river, and numerous vineyards. Only 40 minutes approx. to Queenstown and Wanaka, 20 minutes to the historic town of Clyde and further 10 minutes to Alexandra. We welcome guests from all backgrounds.

Sunny and warm Kawarau Cottage is located on our vineyard and orchard - a stunning riverfront location with expansive river and mountain views in the heart of the Central Otago wine region and the bike trail network. Fully fenced, private and within the grounds of our own home. Views, wineries, cycling, walking and relaxation - we welcome you to our beautiful part of the world. Direct access to the Kawarau River is steep and not recommended from the cottage.
