Welcome to B&B on Mountain Lane, your cozy retreat nestled in the heart of Banff. This private walkout basement suite is conveniently located only minutes away from Banff’s downtown, Sulphur Mountain, and the Banff Spring’s Hotel & Golf Course. In addition to the beautiful mountain views from our private hot tub and sauna, the spacious suite features one primary bedroom with a queen bed, an open living room with an indoor fireplace, twin-size bunkbeds and a pullout couch, and one full bathroom.

Our condo with a walk-out patio is located in one of Canmore's top resorts. We have access to the resorts year-round heated pool, hot tub & fitness centre. We provide a fully appointed kitchen so you have everything you need to cook all your meals from home. With a brand-new king -sized mattress, you will get the beauty rest you deserve. We are a 15minute walk to beautiful downtown Canmore via Spring Creek, don’t forget to grab a coffee at the Black Dog Café to start your adventure off right!

The Bow Modern Suite- Park Pass included

Modern home with a completely separate walk-out basement suite. We can accommodate 4 people, and a 5th in a single sized cot, some pets welcome for a fee. National Park pass provided, but must be requested & returned prior to check-out. The suite is a fully stocked modern retreat, that is a short three minute walk through the nature reserve to the beautiful Bow River. Only a 10 minute drive to Canmore, 30 minute drive to Banff, and close to Kananaskis Country. DEVELOPMENT PERMIT NO.26/24.

Use of Park Pass - saving you $25 daily, Private owner, so no extra taxes at check in! Cosy up in my 800 sq. ft. unit with its own AC/heating system. My place accommodates 2 adult guests, with 1 king-sized bed. Also, this 1 bedroom unit features a full gourmet kitchen, dining and living areas, a washer and dryer, fireplace, flat screen TV's, private balcony, a spa-inspired bathroom, large windows, storage, heated parking, and free wireless internet. IMPORTANT: The couch isn’t a sofa bed.
