Balnabea is just a short drive to Glenshee Ski Centre and is a great base for outdoor activities such as hillwalking and biking as well as visiting the local castles and distilleries. The house enjoys a secluded rural location in a small village but the pretty Highland Perthshire towns of Blairgowrie and Pitlochry are just a short drive away. The house features a sauna, large drying room and a spacious garden so it a great place for families or groups of friends, and dogs are welcome too!

The Stable is a ground floor semi detached studio cottage situated in a private 40 acre estate with panoramic views of the Lake of Menteith, private covered porch, gas barbecue, freesat TV, DVD player, docking station and White Company linen. We have a corporate membership of Forrest Hills Hotel and Spa (c12 minutes drive from the cottage) which allows our guests access to their swimming pool, steam room, sauna and Spa and billiards room at no cost apart from individual spa treatments).

Crieff offers many places to eat with an excellent deli and cafes providing good quality local produce. Local attractions include the oldest whiskey distillery, numerous walks and nearby Munros, and a wildlife centre at nearby Comrie. The town has a selection of lovely parks suitable for all ages.

This beautifully appointed, spacious cottage is light and airy yet delightfully snug in winter. Explore the lovely surrounding Perthshire countryside or simply relax and enjoy the space. Lose yourself in the gorgeous scenery, walk in the hills, or swim in the lochs...there is so much to do and so many fun local day trips. Rose Cottage is very well located for exploring Scotland! Next door is the breakfast bar, kitchen and a utility room. Upstairs is the master bedroom, twin room and brand new bathroom. There is a charming garden with outdoor dining area.
