The Pelican Perch

This beach house has a relaxing view of Florida pines from the back door, and the beach a few steps from the front of the home. The home comfortably sleeps 10 (6 adults and 4 children). A pack-n-play is available. There is a full kitchen with all the necessities. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a grill. The property has a fenced in yard for your dog and children to run and play. There is a downstairs shower to rinse off. There is a fish cleaning station as well. The house has 3 TVs.

Located in Panacea, Florida the home has a private dock with direct water access to the Ochlockonee Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The home has 3 bedrooms with 1.5 baths and is fully equipped with all essentials for the perfect beach vacation. The amenities include a hot tub, two screened porches with a ping pong table, two person kayak with life vests, paddle board, bikes, and all beach supplies

Approximately 100 yards or so from the beach side, this 1960s cottage exudes old Florida charm... inviting you to kick off your shoes and stay awhile. The house is surrounded by state park lands and is very private. If you enjoy solitude, walks on the beach, nature and star gazing, you'll appreciate this spot. Unplugged

Experience old Florida in this 1950's 1 bedroom 1 bathroom bungalow located on a tropical spit along the Forgotten Coast. Unplugged sits nestled in between the Gulf of Mexico and Alligator Harbor with beach on one side and a bay-side boat ramp on the other. The house sleeps two in the main bedroom, two on a sofa bed in the living area, and has a small bunk room off the porch that can accommodate two children. Sorry, we do not accept pets.
