We are tucked away in a quiet, pretty location just off the village green in Bainbridge. We offer a spacious, modern one bedroom annex with private entrance & parking. The property has been recently renovated to an exceptional standard, offering modern accommodation. The annex is split over two floors, a large en suite bedroom on the ground floor with a spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine sitting room. There are tea & coffee making facilities, no breakfast, a tearoom just down the road.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. A superb centrally placed base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales
