Im Erdgeschoss steht eine vollständig eingerichtete Wohnküche bereit, ein kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC, Haarföhn und ausreichend Ablagen sowie Stereo-Anlage und WLAN. Das Obergeschoss besteht aus Wohnschlafraum, eingebauten Doppelbett und Einzelbett sowie einer Couch (auch ein Gitterbett ist möglich). Für lange Abende steht ein Flatscreen-TV parat.

Es hat ein separates WC und Bad und vom Wohnzimmer gelangt man auf die Loggia mit Blick auf die Berge von St. Oswald.
