Die ca. 140m2 große, gemütliche Wohnung befindet sich in einem typischen, traditionsreichen Gasteiner Haus, erbaut 1929. Von der Wohnung aus blickt man auf die sensationelle Kulisse von Bad Gastein, Gamskarkogl und dem Gasteinertal. Sie liegt nahe der Kaiser Wilhelm Promenade und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für WANDERUNGEN, THERMAL-BÄDER, GOLFEN, REITEN und SCHI-AUSFLÜGEN. Sie ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß von Wasserfall und Zentrum entfernt. Meine Familie liebt diesen Ort des Besonderen.

Sommer oder Winter - Urlaub in Österreich

Der Ort liegt 8 Km von Maria Alm und 14 Km von Saalfelden entfernt. Weitere Orte in der Nähe: Zell am See ist in 30 Minuten nach 28 Km und Dienten am Hochkönig nach 7 Km in 10 Minuten erreicht. Hinterthal liegt am Ende eines Tales und es besteht im Winter ein direkter Anschluss an die Hochkönig – Skischaukel mit 33 Liftanlagen und 120 Pistenkilometern. Schneesicher von Weihnachten bis Ostern. 40 Km gespurte Loipen in der Umgebung lassen auch das Herz eines Langläufers höher schlagen.

WORK OR LONGTERM STAYS! Studio apartment with 41 sqm (410 sqft), near the historic center of Bad Gastein. The apartment is situated in a very quiet area, easy to move around without a car - ideal for train travellers. Free parking on the premises is also available. There is no a/c required, since we're at 1000 m altitude. The temp is pleasant in summer, and there is a large heater in winter. In summer, keep the balcony door open at night, and the blinds (half) down during the day.

This is an entire apartment with a great view to the Gastein valley! The apartment has one separate bedroom with a double bed; a charming living room with a dining table in front of the big window. There is a pull-out sofa placed in the living room, suitable for 2 persons as well. The kitchen is newly renovated and has cooking basic available for guest (e.g. coffee to start mornings). There is a shower available in the bathroom with a washing machine and one toilet separately.

Das Appartment liegt im Ortsteil Schüttdorf/Zell am See in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Ein eigener Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Eingang. Die gesamte Wohneinheit befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, ein eigener Vorgarten lädt zum Entspannen im Freien ein. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bars, Geldautomat, Busstation. Kostenloser Skibus nach Kaprun nur 300m entfernt. Die neue Areitbahn mit Schischule ist nur 700m entfernt und ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Chalet-Apartment mit Ski-In/Ski-Out in Dorfgastein

Our grandparents started hosting already in 1959. So many happy people turned from guests to friends. We now designed the chalet new, bright and friendly. Enjoy the chalet's prime location with spectacular views over the Gastein Valley and its surrounding mountains. Ski-in/Ski-out, Ski lift, public thermal pool in summer) and restaurants are in a short walking distance. Trail-heads start right behind the chalet - a mountain paradise waits for you.

Appartement Lili

A "Lili" apartman az ausztriai Mühlbach am Höckönig településen található, félúton Salzburg és Zell am See között. Itt csendes és nyugodt környezetben pihenheted ki a hétköznapok fáradalmait. A környék télen a síelők, nyáron pedig a túrázók paradicsoma. A lakásban 4 személy részére van alvóhely, ezért ideális családok számára (2 felnőtt+2 gyerek). 4 felnőtt számára azonban szűkös lehet a hely, ezt kérlek vedd figyelembe a foglalásnál!

Das ca. 38 m2 große Apartment befindet sich in unserem Einfamilienhaus, im ersten Obergeschoss. Es besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, TV, Schlafcouch, Balkon, Kleiderschrank, Küchenzeile, Essbereich, Garderobe und einem großen Bad mit Badewanne und WC. W-Lan, Parkplatz sowie die Nutzung des Skikellers, sind kostenlos. Wir als Deine Gastgeber wohnen im Erdgeschoss. Dein Eingang ist natürlich separat.

Our modern 3 bed/2 bath apartment is beautifully furnished and located in a side street close to the centre of Zell am See. Shops, bars, restaurants, the lake and the ski lift are all within a few minutes walk away. The apartment includes wifi, toiletries, bed linen & towels. There is an allocated parking space plus ski/sports locker. This is a perfect base to enjoy both winter ski and summer holidays.

Das Appartement befindet sich im Stadtzentrum - zu Fuß zu Restaurants, Bars, Geschäfte, Stadtgondel zum Skifahren und Wandern. Es gibt leider keinen fixen Parkplatz beim Haus - es kann ein Parkplatz in der öffentlichen Garage für 15€/24 Std. angemietet werden, Stand: April 2025.
