A charming 2 BR/1 Bath bamboo cottage with direct access to the beach and pool. It’s a relaxed, seaside escape where a few friendly resident dogs call the property home. They roam the grounds and may occasionally say hello, adding a lived‑in, homey feel to the space. If you don’t enjoy being around dogs or prefer a pet‑free environment, this is likely not the best fit for you. Only 950 meters from the highway, we are nextdoor to Liquid Dumaguete Resort. We’re also around 10 km from Dauin, known for excellent diving and as the jump-off point to Apo Island for turtle and reef snorkeling. For convenience, a sedan is available for guest rental at Php900/day, with discounts for weekly or monthly stays.
