It is a traditional two-storey cottage with a new extension which holds a kitchen area, utility room and downstairs wheelchair accessible bathroom w/electric shower. There are two double rooms, one downstairs, one upstairs, with an additional double pull out sofa bed on the upstairs landing/reading area. There is a bath/shower upstairs. There is ample parking.

Warm up by the fireplace in the inviting living room, where you can curl up with a good book or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV.

Family home in the heart of Roscommon town convenient for all local attractions. Hanons hotel is round the corner for meals/drinks. Roscommon town is an easy walk of 1.5k.
