The Boutique Retreat offers 9 custom tiny home cottages in the heart of wine country. The Ohana Bungalow is a spacious 300 square foot cottage with an upscale Island theme featuring warm acacia wood, rich leather furnishings and authentic art from Hawaii. The interior of the cottage has a stunning 11 foot arched ceiling accented with rich tongue & groove pine that compliments the clean white walls and warm vinyl plank luxury flooring. The private deck faces Alpine Ave - minutes from 3rd Street.

This is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the beach and downtown. Two people can enjoy this room which includes a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. Relax in the peaceful courtyards and enjoy the 2 minute walk to the beach and short distance to town. There are multiple outdoor areas to relax, including 2 fire pits. There is no A/C. As one of the few places to stay on historic Third Street in downtown McMinnville, it offers a truly unique location. The rooms are cozy and thoughtfully designed, intimate rather than oversized, with nearly everything you’ll need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

A spacious suite with king bed, fireplace, TV and sleeper sofa (full). There are 2 different layouts: 1 room has a snack kitchen with a microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, and toaster. The other room has an oven & stove, mini-fridge and coffee maker. There is a jetted tub. Rooms will be assigned based on availability. Please call for specifics. Hotel is pet friendly. There is a $25 pet fee per pet, per night (this will be charged separately at the hotel). Must be 21 years+ to book.

Hotel in Historic Downtown Centralia - Room 208

I have some wonderful rooms available in our historic hotel. These rooms have a vintage look and feel to them. They are nice and clean with premium features. The rooms include a sink but share nice common bathrooms and a lockable shower. 208 has a full size bed. Enjoy our outside terrace that is open weather permitting and overlooks beautiful George Washington Park. Sorry no TV's or swimming pool. But we do have wifi. Enjoy the hotel’s excellent restaurants and walk downtown Centralia.

Near the pier - Room 263 (2 person)

The building located on 1140 Franklin Ave is a lovely home built in 1900 by ship builder Ferdinand Fisher and was established as a bed and breakfast in May of 1986. Astoria is such a historic town and every building has incredible architecture, history and a story. Every restoration seems to respect the era of the original structure and this reflects the beliefs of the town and its people and their commitment to Astoria’s history. I am in love with this town and hope you will too.
