Lake access to Lake Tyler via a private boat ramp on the east side of the lake just down the street from the property. There is great indoor/outdoor capabilities via the garage door out to the porch, where you I'll find outdoor seating. The Kitchen is fully stocked, including coffee for the coffee maker. It is an open concept Kitchen/living combo with a large smart TV for entertainment.

Decorated with timeless treasures and great for working away from home this home is stocked with everything you might need! We do not accept pets. In a country setting and a safe neighborhood, you do not have to worry about anything. Even though it is across the road from a lake there is not any water access for this home. There are many reviews of the bedrooms which have been listed for many years, and as a super host we take our guests seriously. $25 fee.

Tiny home/Cottage with an Alpaca experience.

We have a tiny home with one bedroom and bath. The sofa is a love seat and pulls out as a twin bed. WIFi and dish Tv. The WiFi is fiber Optium We love feeding animal crackers to the alpacas and donkey. They will let you touch them if they are in the mood. But still lots of fun to feed. We have 5 alpacas and one donkey. We have the animal crackers for you to feed with.
