This is a lovely little apartment with a private patio and parking. It is located just blocks from the highway for easy access to many local parks and attractions while still being quiet and homey. The private patio is set up to enjoy the changing light on the beautiful mountains of the area and the soft starlit nights of the high desert. We are away from the bustle of the town on a quiet residential street. 1/2 mile to unique restaurants and there are MTB trails from your door. 9 minutes from the JEM trail system and 32 minutes from Zion National Park. Quail Creek and Sand Hallow Reservoir are 20 minutes away. Plenty for the outdoor enthusiast to enjoy.
