The entire ground floor 1 bedroom apartment and yard and designated for guests. I live upstairs. The yard is terraced but the lower terrace is for guests and I respect the privacy of those staying and wishing to relax outside. Located on the hill above the Miner's Lounge, the neighborhood is full of historic homes and a view of Main Street. It's often quiet with bursts of traffic below. Small-town life and all it has to offer. Walking distance to Main Street and access to the Murphy's Wine Shuttle means you can leave your car parked. Otherwise, Murphy's is a 15-minute drive.

Newly created space is a relaxing haven, only 3 blocks from downtown Sonora. This street-level studio offers complete privacy - the only entrance is yours. The courtyard is yours to enjoy, for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The kitchenette has the basics for cooking, but you'll be only 3 or 4 blocks from several fun restaurants, wine bars and pubs. Take day trips to Yosemite, several state parks, wine tasting, and all that the Sierras have to offer.

Cute and clean studio with washer and dryer in a charming and private location a short walk from downtown Sonora and a short drive from Pinecrest, Yosemite, and Columbia. Stay comfortably in our downstairs unit in our Spanish style home surrounded with cactus and succulents and shaded by a palm tree. We have a bit of a steep driveway but the elevation allows for privacy and views. The neighborhood is very walkable and it’s in quiet and peaceful spot.

It is situated in a beautiful private wooded setting with its own entrance. It has air conditioning and heat. It is the bottom floor of a house, with easy access to Hwy 88, wineries and skiing. It has a private entrance. Recently a kitchen has been added. Also a new queen bed and heat and air system.

There is a TV with plenty of DVD's and a HDMI port to plus in your laptop/ipad so you can play your movies or use your Netflix, Hulu but there is no cable TV.
