A truly unique experience. Brand new, fully fledged studio apartment with ensuite bathroom, aboard a former freight ship turned into a houseboat. Breakfast, king-size bed (180x200), 40 inch TV with Chromecast, water cooker, hair dryer, .., everything is included. The KNSM Island is one of the hidden gems of Amsterdam, quiet and peaceful, but close to the city center. It is possible to sit outside on a private terrace and jump in the water for a swim. The sunsets are pretty spectacular as well.

Aan boord van ons zelf gebouwde woonschip hebben we in het ‘vooronder’ een gastenkamer gemaakt. Er is uitzicht op breed water, een overdekt eigen zitje buiten en als je wil, neem je zo een duik vanuit het appartement. De boot ligt in het Oostelijk Havengebied van Amsterdam, de stedenbouwkundig veel geroemde wijk vlakbij het centrum. Voel je welkom op deze mooie plek en ontdek onze mooie stad per fiets (bij de prijs inbegrepen) of wandel door onze mooie buurt. Alle voorzieningen zijn vlakbij.

Garden view Studio in family home

This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

This apartment is perfect for your stay in Amsterdam. It's large, bright, and has a really nice balcony that has morning/afternoon sun where you can sit and relax. It has a very spacious living room dining area, and a large bedroom. It's very well connected to central Amsterdam via the metro and trains from the nearby Bijlmer station. You can also rent bikes from local shops to make your way around. The apartment is situated right next to the Amsterdamse Poort with plenty of shops nearby.

The apartment also has 1 bathroom with a lovely shower and a sink. The apartment also has a living room with open kitchen, separate toilet and a lovely roof terrace. The apartment is located in the nicest street in Bussum with several good restaurants and you will find McDonald's and all kinds of good shops including a supermarket around the corner.

De studio ligt in het centrum van Diemen, bij het winkelcentrum met supermarkten en restaurants. Je loopt in 5 minuten naar openbaar vervoer: trein of tram en je staat binnen 20 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam. De bus brengt je rechtstreeks in 20 minuten naar de Ziggo Dome, JC Arena en AFAS theater. De studio is van alle gemakken voorzien, een patio, eigen entree, een gratis privé parkeerplek. Met een badkamer, koffiecorner, koelkast, laptopkluis, tv, tweepersoons bed en Wifi.

Welcome! This is my fully equipped home, which I rent out when I’m away. Since I live here myself, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. I have two friendly cats, Elio & Leo, who will be your companions during your stay. Please book only if you like cats. The house is 5-minute walk from both the city center and train station, with a 19-minute direct train to Amsterdam & Utrecht. Kindly send a brief message about yourself and confirm you're okay with the cats.
