Studio aan woonboot aan rand van Amsterdam

Ben je de stad even zat? Op zoek naar een bijzondere bestemming voor een vakantie in eigen land? Ik verwelkom je graag op mijn unieke locatie middenin de landerijen van Waterland. Op slechts 15 minuten vanaf het centrum van Amsterdam, en op een steenworp afstand van het pittoreske Broek in Waterland, ligt mijn woonark. Om het erf te bereiken maak je gebruik van een klein pontje, om zo de Broekervaart over te steken. Het pontje is overigens privébezit, en wordt alleen door mijn gasten gebruikt.

Overnachten op de unieke locatie landgoed "Het Veldhoen" Op ons landgoed hebben wij een compleet ingerichte guesthouse welke van alle luxe is voorzien, zoals een compleet ingerichte keuken, badkamer en woon/slaapkamer. Met het openbaar vervoer voor de deur bent u rechtstreeks in 20 min. bij de Arena / Ziggodome en in 40 min. naar Amsterdam of Utrecht centrum. Schiphol is met het openbaar vervoer 45 min., 20 min. met de auto. Voor de deur ligt de rivier de Angstel en de Vinkeveense plassen.

Sleepover Diemen

De studio ligt in het centrum van Diemen, bij het winkelcentrum met supermarkten en restaurants. Je loopt in 5 minuten naar openbaar vervoer: trein of tram en je staat binnen 20 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam. De bus brengt je rechtstreeks in 20 minuten naar de Ziggo Dome, JC Arena en AFAS theater. De studio is van alle gemakken voorzien, een patio, eigen entree, een gratis privé parkeerplek. Met een badkamer, koffiecorner, koelkast, laptopkluis, tv, tweepersoons bed en Wifi.

Prachtige garden suite met gratis parkeren

Met trots en plezier verhuur ik een 2 persoons tuin suite in mijn buitenverblijf apart van mijn huis in Heemstede inclusief gebruik van een eigen badkamer (in Dec 2022 geheel vernieuwd). Er is gratis parkeren op het terrein en er is een privé terras. Het station Heemstede Aerdenhout is aan de overkant en je kan fietsen huren in Zandvoort of Haarlem. Het is 5 min met de trein naar Haarlem en 23 min met de trein naar Amsterdam. Kom tot rust in deze vredige, stijlvolle buitenkamer.

Huisje Amelisweerd is a calm, stylish guest house ideally situated for a city trip, nature getaway, or both! At less than 4 km away, the stunning old city center of Utrecht is readily accessible. Lunetten train station is also conveniently located within 1.6 km. Nestled between the twin forests of Amelisweerd and Nieuw Wulven, it affords excellent opportunities for hiking, running, boating, or cycling through the vast network of trails and nature. Welcome at PATIO PRIMA! Stay in the guesthouse of an authentic, typically Dutch ‘dyke house’, built in 1901, bordering Amsterdam. Situated near the beautiful village of Oud Sloten (one of the sketch areas of Rembrandt) and the Molen van Sloten, one of the few working windmills within Amsterdam’s borders. Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

The house is best of both worlds - it's a private summer house next to a small organic farm, but it's modern. Located at the river Amstel, follow it hiking, cycling or by car and you end up in the historic centre of Amsterdam. Great for families and groups of friends. This 'quite' area is close to the quint village of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel. You are renting the spacious private house with private entrance, free parking etc.
