Several footpaths are nearby, leading to pubs, gardens, and a hotel with a new spa. Nearby Horsham offers everything to be expected from a pretty English market town. Brighton is 20 minutes by car. Since the property is in rural Sussex, it is best to have a car at one’s disposal. However, short distances to venues such as Leonardslee and South Lodge can easily be reached on foot or by a 5-minute taxi ride.

Good access to local amenities, vineyards, Petworth House, Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, Walking, Cycling and the coast. 5 mins walking distance to village pubs, tearoom and shop. A peaceful 1 double bedroom en suite annexe (attached to house but seperated by a locked door) within the South Downs National ParK. A short drive takes you to Goodwood, Arundel, miles of South Downs Way walking and various beaches. We offer a self catering kitchenette with light airy living space. Great for walkers, weddings, bikers and for the various Goodwood events (private drive with or garage parking). Very child friendly. Also Qual Sports/remedial massage therapist on site book with Fi.

Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

Enjoy autonomy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Shed is a self-contained annex with its own pathway and entrance. Outside is a secluded seating/breakfast area. On entering you'll find a shower room with heated towel rail and electric shower, dining space for two and a kitchenette.
