Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.

Vi er en familie på seks med heste og høns, og her får du landlig ro, natur og frisk luft tæt på byens kultur og shopping. Boligen er ideel til familier, par og venner. Vi holder det rent, roligt og røgfrit. Vi sætter pris på gæster, der viser hensyn til stedet og dyrene. Vi svarer hurtigt og deler gerne lokale tips.

Fra huset kan du komme til lufthavnen, byens centrum eller stranden på kun 15 minutter. Huset er fra 1902 og totalrenoveret i 2020. Boligen 140 m2, 3 soveværelser, 2 toiletter - et brusebad. Køkken med alle faciliteter. Skøn have med terrasse, havemøbler og grill.
