Although very quiet and rural we are only 10 minutes from Instow and RHS Rosemoor, and 15 from Appledore, with lots of good pubs and restaurants. Saunton Sands, Croyde Bay and Putsborough/Woolacombe are all within easy reach. To the West the is wonderful Hartland Peninsula. Both Exmoor and North Devon coast and Dartmoor are about 40 mins drive. One small to medium well behaved dog is welcome if accompanied by similar humans! 😁

Perfectly located on the 'Tarka Trail', only a short walk from the town centre of Barnstaple. Great transport links when working in the area / commuting.

Perfectly located on the Tarka trail for cycling or walkin and within easy reach of great surf beaches, not to mention the beautiful Instow which is perfect for estuary walks and eating out. A Beautiful house in the small historic town of Great Torrington, local shops, swimming pool, Museum and arts centre all on the doorstep. The town is nestled on a hill with 360 degree views of the countryside. A great base to explore North Devon’s beaches, rugged Moors and breath-taking countryside. The market town is in my opinion a gem, full of friendly people. The house is a wonderful place to gather with family and friends, don't take my word for it read all the 5 star reviews!
