A guesthouse (casita) within a 1-acre compound that’s 8 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to the Strip and less than 15 minutes from the new Allegiant Stadium. The casita consists of 3 mini-suites (a bedroom with private full bathroom), a living/dining room, full kitchen, laundry and powder room. Welcome to Luxury Living at PALMS PLACE, perched on THE 50th FLOOR. Palms 🌴maids now charge $153 cleaning fee starting Jan 1, 2026 Plus a Deposit for the hotel is required. $100 ea day. (We are not allowed to use our own maids at a cheaper cost.) 1.2 miles from the Las Vegas Strip. Fully furnished, I installed an 85 in Fire TV, across from the king bed, with sleeper sofa, a rainfall shower, jetted tub, and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
