Enjoy the beautiful beaches of Costa da Caparica within 5 minutes and the center of Lisbon within 20. The apartment is fully equipped, has fast WIFI and an active Netflix account. It has 2 double beds which off one can be separated into 2 single beds as well as a crib for the baby.

El apartamento del "Moinho do Marco" está situado en Setúbal, en el Parque Natural da Arrábida, a 5 minutos del centro y de las primeras playas. Su privilegiada localización le ofrece una amplia vista sobre el Estuario del Sado y la península de Tróia. Es un lugar tranquilo y privado, con lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones en familia: terraza, jardín, arenero y piscina, todo para su uso exclusivo. Ideal para 4 personas. Nuestro alojamiento no paga tasa turística!

Beach House Caparica

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.

The pool is shared with the guests of the other two apartments which can accommodate maximum 2 person each.
