Welcome to our quiet studio, in a nice neighborhood, centrally located in Nob Hill. It's a 5-10 minute walk to eclectic shopping, dining and entertainment. It's a 4-5 minute drive to UNM, Pope Joy Hall, CNM; 12-15 minute drive to Old Town, Albuquerque BioPark, Museums; 4 minutes to I-25 and 7 minutes to the airport! The space was recently a workshop for furniture building; before that, a carport! We've had so much fun creating a living space from this old garage. It's a pleasure to share it!

It was recently updated with new appliances and has a clothes washer and dryer. Great location near the zoo, Tingley Beach (hiking and biking trails near the river), and just blocks from downtown.
