There is wifi, a television, a kitchen with a mini-fridge, two-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker and cookware and utensils. The bathroom shower has shampoo, conditioner and body soap for guests to enjoy. There is a queen sized bed and extra linens for the queen sized pull-out sofa bed.

Come stay in a quiet, peaceful cottage in a sunny backyard on a great street in Berkeley. There's a large skylight and lots of light. The cottage has its own entrance accessed from the backyard, and is separate from the house. You can spend time relaxing on the outdoor furniture. We're about a mile from Berkeley Bowl, close to UCB, restaurants, shops. The cottage is very relaxing. People love staying here.
