Indoors, an attractive gourmet chef’s kitchen awaits home cooks, while there’s plenty of furnished alfresco dining space. The quiet neighborhood is nestled adjacent to hundreds of acres of parkland, redwood groves, and walking distance to several restaurants. The home is located in the Woodminster neighborhood, walkable to a coffee shop, three restaurants, and a grocery store. It's a short drive to many shopping neighborhoods, including Rockridge, Dimond District, The Laurel and Grand Lake. Easy freeway access (1-minute to the 13 and 5 minutes to 580) provides quick access to Oakland dining and shopping as well as San Francisco. There's street and driveway parking.

Very short walk to Coyote Point Recreation Center and the Bay. 0.7 miles to the Burlingame Caltrain station and downtown Burlingame. Safeway and CVS are adjacent to us. The complex is beautiful and has something for everyone. There is a beautiful lagoon, many pools, a large hot tub. Pool table, exercise room with weights, ping-pong and much more.
