Two bedroom flat near the sea

The apartment is on the first floor of a building which has a basement, ground floor and the first floor. It is full of light and very comfortable either for families or couples. It has two large bedrooms with A/C, big bathroom and kitchen. The balcony is private and has a view to the mountain. There are many games and books. The flat has underfloor heating. There is all the time hot water. If you want to use the fireplace, you can either bring your own wood or use mine, l charge 5€/basket.

It is a walking distance to the center of the city along the esplanade and by the beautiful old park of Volos. It is also a few minutes walk to the Archaeological Museum of Volos, parks and playgrounds, great eating places, coffee shops and Anavros beach. Volos is a beautiful place to visit and an ideal basis for your summer and winter excursions to traditional Pelion villages and amazing beaches!

Η Αγριά είναι ένα όμορφο μέρος κοντά στο Βόλο που συνδυάζει βουνό και θάλασσα. Έχει αρκετά καταστήματα εστίασης (παραδοσιακά τσιπουράδικα, κ.α). Εκτός από τις παραλίες της Αγριάς όπου αρκετοί κάνουν το καθημερινό τους μπάνιο, σε κοντινές αποστάσεις υπάρχουν όμορφες παραλίες και φανταστικές διαδρομές για πεζοπορία στο Πήλιο.

Anna's Apartment is located in Agria, a coastal town about 7km from the city of Volos. The apartment is situated 250 m from the seaside in Agria, where you will find restaurants, tavernas, cafés, and a picturesque port with fishermen's boats. Agria is also a great starting point for hiking, swimming in the crystal clear waters of the beaches of Pelion and skiing at the nearby ski resort between January and March. An ideal, bright apartment that has sunshine all day round.

Elpiniki's place

Your family will be close to what they need in this centrally located space. The house is located in a central but also quiet location. It is located at a short distance from a mini-market, bakery, cafe, pizzeria, souvlaki restaurant (less than 50 meters). The distance from the beach of Agria is about 10 minutes on foot and is very close to the main road that leads to the beaches and villages of Pelion mountain.

This unit features a pleasant living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, including oven, hot stove, kitchenware, glasses, cups, and cooking utilities, as well as a washing machine for convenience. The living area includes a small sofa bed (not expandable) and a small dining plot.
