Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν υλικά όπως το ξύλο και το ύφασμα, σε συνδυασμό με τεχνοτροπίες σε παστέλ τόνους, για να δημιουργήσουμε ένα φιλόξενο και ηρεμο περιβάλλον για τους επισκέπτες. This newly rebuilt beach house is located at Agia Marina, a village about 8km west of Chania. Touching the sandy beach, 20m from the sea is the private front yard of the house. Relaxing on the front yard near the mulberry tree, one can gaze at the Thodorou island not far away from the coast. The house can comfortably accommodate a family or a group of people in it's two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, an extra WC and a cozy living room.
